You may not get a brand new car but why stand out like a tourist and better yet car runs. May have some scratches but nothing embarrassing and you don’t have to wait in lines, fill out long paperwork and your all set even before you land. Best rental car experience ever! I don't get reliable free upgrades with other rental places and do not see a need to pay for a nice rental while on vacation. The rental was great at fitting in with the local traffic and didn't scream "tourist" so I felt better with personal belongings left in the vehicle while we were at the beach. We specifically scheduled a pickup outside of the airport to avoid the parking fee upon pickup, but we were told they cannot do that on Sundays. We shouldn't have been able to request that through reservations, but it somehow slipped by. We still had to pay $15 to drive out of the airport with the car. That's why it's a four and not a five star review. Otherwise, everything was great.read moreread less

This company makes picking up the car so easy, only minutes after landing at the airport in Maui. Walk a few steps and you’re ready to roll. In the past I’ve always had to travel on a shuttle to go to the rental car company and then wait in lines, get a sales pitch on upgrading my rental and wait over an hour until I leave with my car!! Not anymore. This company makes it so easy and fast to get your car. Grab your luggage and walk across the street into the parking lot and there it is!!! Enter the code they email you into the lock box, load up and go. I’ll never use any other car rental company again. Also, no other company beats the price. Inice G.1/17/2020Probably the best rental car experience I've had, and I've traveled a lot! So easy to pick up and to drop off. Just get off the plane and go to your car in the parking lot! No lines, no waiting. Then repeat on return. Just park it in the lot and let them know where it is. We got a great deal on a van. Same price as a tiny economy car with all other agencies, and it held all our snorkeling gear, chairs, cooler etc when driving to the beaches out on the end of the island.
