The car is really reliable & cheap on gas eventhough the car is not that new model. The car didn't give us a problem when we drove it anywhere in Maui. The owner was really nice & very helpful. Not only did I get a reliable and affordable car, I also received great customer service from Sandee as well as convenient and efficient pick-up and drop-off. It was so easy to communicate with Sandee through text messaging instead of waiting to be answered by a fake representative like most big name car rentals. The car was waiting for me in the airport parking lot when I arrived with easy to follow instructions on pick-up and drop-off. The car was older so it came with a great price and it didn't look like a typical tourist rental so I liked that a lot, especially being local. AC worked great during this summer heat and I never had any complications with the vehicle. Aside from the usual wear and tear, it was in great condition. I never experienced such a wonderful and easy process when renting a vehicle from other companies. Rather than having to catch a shuttle or check-in with a rental company, the car was waiting in the airport parking lot for us. All we had to do was throw our bags in and go. When we were flying out we parked in the same lot and walked out to our flight!
