Ensuring Your Safety and Comfort
To Our Dear and Valued Customers,
As a valued part of our Ohana, we wanted to share our dedicated efforts related to ensuring the utmost cleanliness and safety of our rental cars, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to following all government and health officials’ instructions to provide a safe working environment for our employees and deliver immaculately clean and disinfected rental cars to our cherished customers.
In response to the ongoing situation, we have implemented several precautionary measures:
Stringent Sanitization Protocols
- We have stocked up on hand sanitizers for our employees and instructed them not to come to work if they feel unwell.
- Before every drop-off, our team sprays a 90% rubbing alcohol solution on all hard surfaces inside the car.
- Our vehicles undergo deep cleaning with Lysol and bleach, ensuring a thorough sanitization process.
- Of course, our customary detailed cleaning procedures remain in place, upholding our high standards of cleanliness.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
In these uncertain times, we understand that plans may change. As a gesture of goodwill, we have updated our cancellation policy to be as flexible as possible:
- We do not charge a deposit for bookings.
- Cancellation is free, with no additional fees.
- We have waived our cancellation fee of $60 within 48 hours of arrival due to concerns related to the virus.
We are here to address your concerns and questions. Please feel free to reach out to us at (808) 866-0286. We are based on Maui and have up-to-date information about the current situation on the Islands.
