Reservation was very easy. They also responded to price adjustments very quickly (rental prices decreased after we reserved). The car was ready for pickup in the parking lot per instructions. We even had to call them on a Saturday because we locked out by accident and they sent help right away. Overall, the experience was very smooth, I would definitely rent a car with GO next time we are in Maui

Fantastic experience. We travelled with our 18 month old and really appreciated how quickly we were able to pick up and drop off the vehicle. The car seat was already installed when we got there and had an adjustable headrest to easily position the harness rather than messing around with straps. Great company to book with.

The price and the quickness of loading up into your car and moving on with your day is the best with this company!! This company makes picking up the car so easy, only minutes after landing at the airport in Maui. Walk a few steps and you’re ready to roll. In the past I’ve always had to travel on a shuttle to go to the rental car company and then wait in lines, get a sales pitch on upgrading my rental and wait over an hour until I leave with my car!! Not anymore. This company makes it so easy and fast to get your car. Grab your luggage and walk across the street into the parking lot and there it is!!! Enter the code they email you into the lock box, load up and go. I’ll never use any other car rental company again. Also, no other company beats the price. I spend about $230 foot a week rental for a used car and it’s perfect, reliable and clean. Stop reading and book your car with this company already!!!

The whole experience was seamless. After reserving a car a month prior we just had to pick it up at the airport when we landed and return it back at the airport when we left. This was especially great because we rented the car with a car seat which was already installed when we picked up the car. Sandy was very helpful and responsive which really added to making our stay at Maui feel very welcoming. Highly recommended!
